4. It relaxes me as I take my mind off things and concentrate on my mind + body integration... 5. Dancing also unleashes my creativity and boldness...
6. It is a productive outlet wherein I can exhaust all my excess energy ...
7. More than just shapes and curves, Working out gives me a healthy and stronger body!
